How do I return my items?
1. Check your items are eligible for return. Please feel free to contact us at info@kirlox.com
2. Fill in the return details on your pack slip (don't forget to include this in your return package) along with your items
3. Remove all extra labels from the packaging and affix the shipping label from the bottom of your packing slip
4. Drop off your shipment at an authorized shipping location
5. Please keep your tracking number, we may request it.
If I return my order, when will I be refunded?
If you have returned any eligible item it will be checked and verified at our warehouse. If all of the return requirements have been met, your refund should be processed within 14 days of the items being received and verified. Please also provide tracking details when you get in touch.
Once your refund has been processed, it can take up to 14 days to reflect with your issuing bank. If you can see that your return items have been received and this date has now passed, just let us know so we can look into this for you.

Kirlox is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
Packages undeliverable by FedEx, USPS, DHL and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
